When you purchase a plan, a detailed questionnaire will be emailed to you. This questionnaire will cover all the important information regarding your race goals, your present mileage and paces. Send it back, and we will develop you a customized plan in two weeks to meet these goals. Also includes Camille’s nutrition thoughts.
