6 month Customized training plan written by the World Record Holder to run your best 24 hour race.

Included is the following: Camille’s race day nutrition plan to help you with any roadblocks you may encounter during the 24 hour run; Race day mental prep to get you through the 24 hours; 10 week strength and conditioning plan.

When you purchase the plan, a detailed questionnaire will be emailed to you. This questionnaire will cover all the important information regarding your race goals, your present mileage and paces. Send it back, and we will develop you a customized plan in 3 weeks to meet these goals.
