100 miles Training program

Whether you are running your first 100 miler or you are a veteran of a few milers, Camille’s training plan will help you run your best 100 mile with a customized 20 week training program. Also includes Camille’s race day nutrition thoughts to help you with any roadblocks you may encounter during the 100 mile run and Camille’s 10 week strength and conditioning plan.

When you purchase the plan, a detailed questionnaire will be emailed to you. This questionnaire will cover all the important information regarding your race goals, your present mileage and paces. Send it back, and we will develop you a customized plan in 2 weeks to meet these goals.
